At approximately 4:13 PM, we began releasing a new version of Juicebox. As part of the release, database migrations hung for some currently undetermined reason. This caused the database to hang and subsequently caused degraded performance, but not a full outage. We reverted to our previous release at approximately 4:47 PM, and everything is working again. We will review and test the intended release in a sandbox environment before deploying it again.
